There may be slight differences between a product and its photograph, depending in particular on the resolution and color definition of the user's screen.

As each product is handcrafted and handmade, slight variations in color, thickness, shape and dimensions may occur and cannot be considered defects.

The processing time of an order varies depending on the period, the piece or the customization. In general, the pieces are made between 7 and 15 working days. In some cases, it may happen that it is longer during high season.

National shipments are handled by Belgian Post, please allow between 7 and 15 working days for your package to arrive.

International shipments are handled by UPS or Mondial Relay with a tracking number. Please note that for these shipments, a signature is required at the time of collection. Allow up to 15 business days for your package to arrive.

We do what is necessary to satisfy each customer, but if the items are not suitable, the customer has the possibility, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, to return the items ordered within 14 calendar days (including Sundays and public holidays) from their receipt, in their original condition and packaging. The jewelry must not have been worn.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that no items will be refunded or exchanged after this period. The customer must take into account that this also applies in the case where the fitting took place several weeks after the shipment of his order.

Items whose marriage is included during the withdrawal period cannot be refunded.

The products are sent in their packaging.
To maximize the product's lifespan, we recommend storing them in their own box, away from dust and humidity.

Also, do not put them in contact with a liquid and/or chemical product so as not to accelerate the oxidation process of the jewel.

Please note that due to their handmade nature, all products require gentle handling when using/fixing.
